SPDZ1 R33 Headlight GTR Conversion
SPDZ1 GTR Headlight Conversion Guide Thank you for your purchase of our SPDZ1 Headlights for your BCNR33.
Below are four simple modifications to mount our SPDZ1 headlights to your BCNR33.
1. BottomTabRemoval(Required)
a. There are two tabs located on the inner part of the headlight (Grill Side). The lower tab will need to be removed as the tab will prevent proper installation.
b. Either a Dremel or multitool can be used to cut the tab off. Tab
removal does NOT need to be flush with headlight (you can leave a lip).
2. Spacers Installation (Required)
a. You will need the spacers to be installed on the inner top and bottom mounting studs. While you can make your own spacers, we recommend purchasing the spacers from EBay As they are readily available online.
3. Top Support Bracket Hole (Required)
a. The top mounting brackets will need a 5/16” hole drilled to accommodate mounting to the chassis.
b. Hole will be approximately 7/16” from top of tap to middle of hole.
TEST FIT PRIOR TO DRILLING.

4. Cooling panel tab installation (Optional)
a. when using a radiator panel, certain panel/side
towards the front which are mounted to the top of the headlights. You will need to transfer your tabs from your oem BCNR33 headlight overs to utilize.

b. Each bracket is held in by the tab located on the rear of the headlight.
c. Apply pressure to the top and bottom tab and
push the bracket out to pop out.
